My Story PV!

There's a high-quality version there if you pop the player. Tattoos ahoy!

One question - why is Yumi wearing shoes that are four sizes too big?

Great job on this one, girls. And kudos to the Merrymakers. This is the best Puffy single in a while.

  2. Thanks for commenting - always nice to see new people!

I really like the song too, and I didn't think I would. I haven't been a big fan of the other songs the Merrymakers have done for Puffy. But this one actually reminds me a lot of the Andy Sturmer era.

  3. Re Yumi's plus-sized tennis shoes...

That's funny! I was just watching videos from Puffy's 10th anniversary tour and wondering about the tennis shoes Yumi was wearing (with horizontally striped stockings) during that show. Seemed a little big, but I couldn't make up my mind if it was that, or if the camera angle was such that perspective reduced the size of Yumi relative to her shoes. Okay, must have been the shoes after all. (^-^)

Near the end of the song "Tokusuru Karada" is a good place to see this.

I'm digging "My Story"... both song and PV.

  4. I always thought Yumi just had big feet. I still think she might, but clearly she also wears shoes that are too big. This is a little extreme, though - these are like clown shoes!

  6. Arek:

You're free to click the CD Japan links I have peppered throughout the site to buy the single. (Or buy from elsewhere; I'm more concerned about buying vs. downloading than I am about where you get it.) Don't you want to support them?

Any links to mp3 downloads will be deleted from the comments, unless, of course, they're links to a legal service like Amazon or iTunes.

  7. I thought it was a great song and much improved over All Becasue Of You (I suppose Japan has not gotten the momo Avril Lavigne is not really where it is at...).
